Our Group Workouts are designed to help athletes improve their skills, basketball IQ, and confidence through competitive, game-like training environments.
Rather than focusing solely on isolated drills, we challenge athletes to make decisions, solve problems, and apply their skills in situations that closely resemble real game action.
What Makes Our Group Workouts Different?
Many training programs focus on teaching moves.
At Next Gen Hoops, we focus on teaching players how to play.
Our workouts combine skill development, basketball IQ, competition, and live play to help athletes develop the habits and decision-making skills necessary for game success.
Players learn not only what to do, but why they are doing it.

Advantage situations

These environments increase touches, repetitions, and opportunities for athletes to apply skills in real time.
Competition & Live Play
Development happens when athletes are challenged.
Our workouts include competitive situations designed to encourage athletes to think, adapt, communicate, and perform under pressure.
The goal is not simply to practice skills—but to apply them.
Group Workouts Packages
Our Group Workouts provide athletes with the perfect balance of skill development, basketball IQ training, and live competition. By keeping groups small (8 players max), players receive individualized feedback while learning how to make better decisions and apply their skills in game-like environments.
