
Next Gen Hoops Group Trainings are designed to help players improve their skills while learning how to apply them in real game situations. Each session combines skill development with live play to build confidence, improve decision-making, and strengthen overall basketball IQ.
Players participate in small-sided games and controlled live play that emphasize spacing, timing, communication, and reading the defense. Sessions often include specific focuses or constraints that challenge players to think the game and adapt, helping them become more complete athletes.
Throughout the training, there are opportunities to pause play for teaching moments, adjustments, and play diagramming so athletes can better understand game concepts and how to execute them.
